The Rules

The City handbook, if the civilian were a war crime with a Visa.

1. Article I

Stay IC. FailRP is a fireable offense.

Stay in character even when the chicken suit has an assault rifle. Especially then.

2. Article II

RDM and VDM get you blooded out.

Unless you have a High Command title, in which case Management calls it “dynamic growth.”

3. Article III

NVL, powergaming, metagaming, and stream sniping — Management decides.

OOC intel stays OOC. The Gods review the tape. Appeals may be filed with the ocean.

4. Article IV

Combat logging is not going to sleep.

Perma and ocean dumping stay IC. The Civic still needs payments.

5. Article V

The Gods are final. The tsunami is not a suggestion.

When the storm hits, seek shelter. Direct complaints to a man named Tony. He has a bat and a wellness brochure.
