Refund Policy

Effective October 7, 2026. Unspent ammo is refundable, spent ammo is spent, and the Drum Mag runs to the end of the month you paid for. The details are below.

1. Chamber ammo packs (Single Round and The Full Cylinder)

Ammo credits are digital goods delivered to your account at checkout. If a pack was purchased in error and none of its credits have been spent, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a credit has been spent on a Chamber session, that credit has been consumed and is not refundable. If a technical failure on our side prevents a purchased session from running at all, the spent credit is restored to your account; if we cannot restore it, we will refund it.

2. The Drum Mag (subscription)

The Drum Mag is a monthly subscription for unlimited Chamber spins. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and unlimited access continues until then. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months, except where a technical failure on our side made the service unusable for a substantial part of a paid period — in that case contact us and we will make it right with an extension or a refund.

3. The Identity Tax hold

The Identity Tax is a temporary authorization hold, not a completed charge, so there is nothing to refund. Holds are released by your bank on its own schedule (typically a few business days). If a hold ever converts to a completed charge in error, contact us and we will refund it in full.

4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you were charged twice for the same pack, or you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank — most billing issues are a duplicate checkout or a household member with your card, and we can resolve a genuine duplicate within one business day. Filing a chargeback for a legitimately delivered purchase may result in the associated credits being revoked and the account being closed.

5. How to ask

Contact The Gods through the Misdeed Discord community or by replying to the email address shown on your Stripe receipt, and include the email on your account and the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
